Why Cry Video Debut
Tomorrow, July 13th on MSN Music is the premiere of "Why Cry" the first video from The Panic Channel. You need Internet Explorer 6 (no Firefox) and a PC to watch. Never fear everyone else - Check back here on thepanicchannel.com for a special web version right afterwards, and see it on VH1 starting this Monday!

middle of the night, can't sleep and much to my pleasure, I find the video for Why Cry on msn. Can't wait to hear the whole set of songs on August 15th. Great song and great video. Also just listened to the podcast on your favorite music. Brought back lots of memories as I listened to the same rock opera stuff growing up. But, now I'm gonna have to go find that R Kelly video...
Thanks for the new tunes. Can't wait to hear more from TPC (love the name by the way) I look forward to someday seeing a show in Florida!

Three words...Oh My GOD!!! As a long time listener of all Daves stuff, this solidifies my belief that Janes Addiction is much better off without the likes of Perry. The vocals are deep and melodic...something Perry didn’t own. The band may be the same, but the singer has put the finishing touch that Janes always cried out for.
I can honestly say that rock has just made its triumphant return to main stream. Thank you TPC!!!
p.s. You make me want to play again Perk!!!

Just saw the video on YouTube (MSN has issues)! The whole concept was absolutely perfect for the song! Loved the art the girl made in it too! Overall, it feels wonderfully fresh and new and does the song justice really well. Hells yeah, I can't wait for August 15th! :)

I'm not familiar with Janes Addiction but I do love the sound of The Panic Channel. I have plans to pick up the CD when it comes out in a couple of weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when I watched the "Why Cry" video. I like it a lot.
